It's called a dryer coin. They get stuck and the drm turns on them wearing them flat like yours. It's PMD.
Just a normal coin that has circulation wear that gives it that appearance that you see.

Looks like a die gouge to me, add in that you found a number of them basically cements it. Not really and extra premium for them but worth keeping.
