Looks like the planchet was cracked before striking. It’s now worn down in that area but still a nice looking coin.
Yes, the B is broken at the top of the B and the E is missing the top bar. The reverse is missing part of the middle line in the E in ONE.
It made me look twice, if not 3 times. That rim is strange looking.
