Tough to find in circulation but I do remember the mint selling them as souvenirs.
Sure looks like an inking error but it should be graded to be positive about it.
It’s a beautiful coin and I really like it but not worth the costs to have it graded.
I’m sure he lives in Canada but close to the border so he maintains a residence in the US. That happens a lot and it makes good business sense...
