Once it’s been cleaned there is no way to undo that damage. You can do things to the coin to help it but coins that were cleaned over 100 years...
MS-66, not FS to me but NGC may have as it’s close. I get NGC and PCGS FS mixed up. They have different standards where I don’t.
I’ve got one and that’s all I need. I’m not a variety or a variations collector but I get what your saying. :)
