I’m not a grader either but it should make a 60 or 61. I consider the 1904-O to be a fairly rare coin in a 64 or above.
Weakly struck, very common on the date and mint mark. It can easily fool you.
I wouldn’t even take a free copy of the NYTimes let alone pay for one.

The reverse on this is fairly nice, certainly higher than a 62 but the obverse has too many small marks that bring it down.
NGC graded MS-62 Morgan Silver Dollar. A slightly better date. It’s really nice looking but I think it has a few too many dings to be a grade...
