If you mean a star note (on a non sheet) with several runs and 3.2 million printed , then probably not!
in order for the note to be considered an ERROR the subject (printed area) needs to be cut off.
If this is the first note in the strap, does that mean you have 11111111. A serial number on modern notes has 8 numbers (you show 9).
