If it is a DDO it is so minor that there would be almost no premium. I do believe that it isn't an RPM, many '43 steelies show 'shadow' mintmarks...
There is rub on the obverse cheek. Also, why buy from someone who would grade it: "Uncirculated or Proof 64 " I'd buy all the 1935 proofs...
Actually, toning in the sun can be very good--- However, it does take months for the procedure to work. Some can come out very attractinve....
