Congrats, very surprised. I almost got a $3 but opted for some seated coins.
Haha
Thats a rerun :/
True, more flying eagles or something. I always thought the platinum eagle designs were nice. Dunno why we cant have that kind on our main coinage.
Wanna get technical she is on the dollar coins, in statue form :p But as a obverse design like the old days, damn straight I want her back. Like...
I love it, thanks for the replies. I couldnt see getting a low grade and only regretting it months later.
wow what a beauty
After many years of wanting one, I finally got a .20 piece. Im very happy with it. It's self slabbed so the spots are dust. [img] [img]
Die Crack? Where the stars seem to meet the rim of the coin? Thats the only thing I noticed when i got it.
Im pretty sure its real. I did the usual tests to be sure. As for the "dig", dunno as I figured it was hit like the rest of the obverse has.
thanks for the replies. Im a bit disappointed it came out as a dipped coin but not much I can do about it. Will try the toning tips.
Well I put the dime in acetone and it revealed its true look :/ [img] [img]
No opinions?
Raw pics hopefully better. In hand you dont see those spots as much. I used "Super Macro" on my camera. [img] [img]
I admit the pics blow for this particular coin I posted today. I dont like touching it but I can try raw for it.
Only peace dollar I have, nothing special. [img] [img]
Ive had this for awhile but the pics I took a bit ago seems to show it in how it looks in hand. One of my favorites. [img] [img]
I got this seated dime not too long ago. Fell in love with the gold toning *doesnt display well in pics*. It isnt PVC. Its in a Coin World slab...
Im finally updating my collection database & I have no clue about CB Overtons. Can anyone identify what Overton this is. Also is it anything...
I love seateds and this is a nice coin in general. Great that its the arrows free variety. :o
