Thanks
Cool it seems to be a gouge but there is one spot were it is raised but it's like a dot but the main gouge goes in the coin
T Thanks so it is for sure a lamination I got it in a bag of wheat pennies a while ago and was looking through them
You still can just not mean ones
Oh it's ok
Sorry if they are bad it's hard to take pics through the microscope
This 1957 D penny has a wierd thing on the back that I think could be an error
Is this a lamination gouge on this 1937 wheat penny The possible gouge is above the 1937
So it's not an error right
Dude that's not very nice I just was stating where the bump was on the penny
The marking is originally on the reverse under the wheat design
I don't get it there is a wierd "bump" on it There is an indent on Lincoln's neck on the obverse And on the reverse there is a bump on the E in CENT
I found this in a bag of wheat pennies I made
None of my buddies have a coin this old but I have made lots of them interested in coin collecting, coin roll hunting, metal detecting and other...
Thanks I know it's not really good condition but it goes in my books and any old coin from that date I'm happy with
I have coins in better shape that are older however I just wanted to share this cause it's cool
But I see that they have slightly different amounts of ink pressed down
Thank you how can I tell the variety
I need it for my book but I don't know what variety it is
