I found a series 1953A note in my unopened box from 1998. Not in two bad of a shape. A few old folds but no writing and it’s clean otherwise....

Try Turtle Wax headlight lens restorer. It works on headlight lens which are plastic so it should work on coin slabs. A few members have tried it...
