Just found this yesterday. A 1961 Franklin Proof Half Dollar graded by PCGS as a PR-66-DCAM. Another one of my beautiful coins. [ATTACH]
I’ve had it a long time and it’s a PCI. If I resubmitted it would probably comeback a MS-64 but I’m content to leave as is.

You’re right, it shows doubling. It just not the doubling you want to see on a coin. There are many types of doubling and you should try and study...
