Like others, I need to see the entire coin, obverse and reverse, to answer your question. I couldn’t tell you if it’s a US coin for that matter.

The elusive 1927-S but it must be graded and slabbed by PCGS with a blue label in MS-64 condition. Very hard to find in high grades.
