Yes. The bell lines worn fast so finding FBL’s isn’t easy, especially with some dates and mint marks.
The 1982 was definitely damaged after it left the mint. The 1969-D looks normal to me.
I would have bought that one without any hesitation. Very sweet coin.

The Denver Mint does have better quality control than the other mints.

It doesn’t have silver do it’s basically worth a dollar. That cut on his chin adds to its low value.
She’s in fairly decent shape but it’s probably the most common of all the Morgan Dollars.
