You missed it by 50 notes. Just a neat number, not a repeater. A repeater must have all the digits repeating. 12121212 is a 2 digit repeater....
Oh heavens no! Not in the least. Some years they produce more coins with worn out dies than they do sharp looking ones.
I should add to try using UPS. It cost a little bit more but it’s worth it. I’m retired postal and I ship UPS.
Sorry to hear that but contacting the inspection service is the right step. I hope they catch the thief and recover your items.
I did about 3 hours ago. Busy day for me but as soon as I saw yours, that’s when I did the dastardly deed of editing. Lol
ANACS is a good strong company and they grade fairly well for less money than the others.

Definitely damaged
Something caused the copper to corrode on that coin. Not a mint error.
