That’s a beautiful and a tough coin in any grade. Congratulations!
Take a pair of pliers and pinch those staples flat. You wouldn’t want to risk accidentally having a staple scratch that coin.

I think it’s a strong VG-8 but a F-12 is pushing it too far. I also think it’s been semi-harshly cleaned.
