Take a coin that’s worth $20 each retail and put them in a nice blue felt lined box. Now it’s worth $99.50 a set, all 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars....
Too difficult to say as I can’t see any mint marks. A mint mark can change a price faster than you can blink.
Something affected the coins surface.

Two counter stamped coins. The first is a 1835 Large Cent. It’s the Small 8 and Stars variety. That makes it the last year the Matron Head Cent...
It’s taken years. Lol
Had to see in the photos and almost that direct to see in hand but it’s there. Just not very pronounced so it must have been toward the beginning...
