I think it is an unc, Grade? either 58 or 62. realizing that the reverse is most likely as struck

1) If it was a dryer coin, both sides would be effected. 2) could be a very late die state capped die. Fred will say for sure.
Agreed. ANACS is best with varieties. I don't know much about ICG but have heard that they are good
Just to be technical: Your Lincoln cent [2000] is not bronze. It is zinc plated. you have to go back a few years. [pre 1982 to be sure].
