It has nice detail but the surfaces look dull. No real natural shine that I can see.
I don’t think it has the reflective fields required to get a PL or a DMPL spot.
I’d say it a VF-30 but in a real good day it could pull a 35.
It’s a common date and isn’t worth more than spot price. Therefore it would make a good candidate to try what @Pickin and Grinin suggested.
