That's true, but claiming the coin is Guaranteed Authentic is not subjective.

If you are submitting as a CAC member and not a dealer there is no charge for coins that don't receive the bean.
The grade would be PR67RD (PCGS) or PF67RD (NGC).
The valuable one is closed AM for proof. Normal 1998-S proof is Wide AM. The same is true for the 1999-S Proof. There were no MS67RD for 1998-S....

The 6 in your example doesn't match the 6 in Wexler's. In order to have the same variety the markers have to be an exact match.
