Down a little in daytime trading because the US Dollar is at an all time high for 2026. Up over $80 in overseas trading tonight.

Even if it is a MS-64 it’s still less than a $100 coin so it’s not worth spending the money to slab it. I don’t think it would grade that high...
Understood but a very think edge of the wreath is present. The reverse of the coin looks extremely beat up to me when compared to the obverse.
Yes it’s doubled but from a worn die so not a true doubled die.

I agree with @Pickin and Grinin. The reverse is on both sides therefore I believe it to be a vise job.
Sure nice looking but it’s an AU Details coin due to the coins surface being altered. I’d pass on this one.
Getting back on track with this thread, gold is now over $4808 an ounce.
I just looked at Kitco and silver is over $78 at the moment. It’s flying high today.
Silver now at $76.76. Back up again.
My brother in law has a nice safe similar to this in his law firm. It’s unused and unlocked but I’d sure like to have it.
