That's OK. I'm not there yet, doubt if I ever will be. Could the OP coin's toning have occurred naturally? I'll say yes, but odds are against it IMHO.
Modern toners leave me skeptical. I think a lot of them are probably "encouraged" in one way or another. And I used to hear that PCGS would grade...
Sometimes stuff like this makes it into straight graded holders, and who am I to question the experts? Doesn't take much for PL surfaces to show...
I'll take a stab and see where it falls with other's opinions...XF45, an old cleaning that may not be too much of an issue...raw maybe $100.
