67FB. I'm guessing it's in a no-line NGC holder and the toning occurred after certification.
63 to me.
I've been at 10, today maybe 8.85, but really nothing to not like about them IMO. Many dates are common, but still every coin is different, just...
65, really gemmy!
MS64 I like it.

Not polished. A brief rough circulation and a dip at some point. Just my guess.
I was debating 55ish & 62, you two didn't help much. I'll go 58.
I agree. You can find a nicer one for 40-50 dollars.
It's going to take a heavy dip to get all that off. I wouldn't try it. JMHO.
Nice date to have, dingo. I do have the O-mint, not quite as low mintage.[ATTACH]
So I learned something. I never thought to blame the plastic itself. Always thought it was some of the other material inside the holder.
Some random Morgans. Pics are just cell phone, but by and large I think they're nice for the grade....
I checked mine, I bought a PCGS example in the same grade for $28 in March of 2013 on ebay. I think you did just fine. (otherwise I did poorly)
My simple opinion... 1. I would say that the planchet surfaces that went through rollers have a bit of a different look than the struck areas....
Annie Oakley used it?
Seems like we don't see just a lot of classic commems. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Anybody want to post one?
No, not NGC. I'm not positive, but the "Numismatic Coin Guarantee" sticker has me thinking it's the guy who is calling himself NCG, and probably...
Are you asking for the slab grade or what we think it grades? Frankly NCG coins are notorious for being seriously overgraded.
