I'd say that's reason enough to buy them. ( You like them ) But relatively common, worn coins seem to always stick close to their silver value.

The rim just got bumped. This is an issue but the coin looks nice otherwise and the graders apparently felt the coin was worthy of a straight grade.
I'll go PF 64. It does look like a proof, though I have one that looks a lot like a proof but is not graded as such.
