Could be, but the die crack would only be a diagnostic. Without seeing the whole coin I do not think anyone could say for sure. I could be wrong...
I would not remove the dirt. Just my opinion. I know others use different methods to remove surface debris, but on this one I would leave it alone.

Yep - looks like a die crack to me, but these are common and do not add a premium in my opinion. Die cracks are just cool to me.

Not a dealer, but as a buyer I can recommend to learn to take really good photos. I know on ebay I skip all auctions with blurry or just bad pictures.
