Yes I'm coming up with O-101, obv.1, rev. A. The only other candidate might be 103, but I believe it is 101.
It's going to come down to luster on this coin, and it's tough to read from the pictures. But I don't think it's uncirculated.
Looking at pictures of other examples, it looks like die breaks are quite common on these.
