[ATTACH][ATTACH] I bought this one a few days ago. This gives me one of each from the 2 banks in Enterprise, AL that issued notes!
It looks MS to me and does have Split bands but not worth that much even at MS64, maybe at MS65 for full retail.

My opinion would be no, It is not that bad for a current note. It would have to be missing some of the print or have a printing from another note.
