From what I have read it is always a tossup on toned coins. Can't believe the kennedy either.
So do - I want the middle dates in the VF range and the later dates In XF/AU range. Then maybe I will work on some of the early dates in the album.

Exactly - the rim on the reverse really stood out to me. The slightly darker look around eyebrow. It is a very nice coin.
Those are two good reasons to buy coins in ANAC's slabs. I would not have a problem buying those two, cracking them and adding them to my album....

I would have called it a 62 - the spottiness of the toning and the weak strike.
TPG would put it 62/63 with what they probably consider cabinet rub - but I think a choice AU-58.
