What kind of links? I mean mine are all to sellers I really like. :) I have tried eagle albums, airtite albums - but ended up not really liking...
I have seen this with toned and in-toned coins - some cheap some not so cheap. They sell at one price on ebay then come back at a much higher...
The 1952 also looks more mechanical doubling - but my opinion is not worth much. The 2008 does look like a doubled ear from my googling and what...
Agree - you might even want some modern ones to test things just to see what happens.
Comparing over on rob.com looks like V-6 or LM-5
When I first saw it I thought XF-45, but blowing it up I think AU. It has some nice clashing on it.

With the new pictures I do not see any signs of re-punching.
I agree - but it would probably slab even with those small spots. Nice coin - I agree a nice AU-58.
New large cent - scratches are on the slab. [IMG]
Nice coin Kanga! And yeah I can see what looks like re-punching on the 1 and 6.
Nice set Kanga. I really like it.
Nice pickup!
Can you get some clearer pictures of the coin? I want to say S-260, but I can't see enough. Wait for one of the real experts.
