That is a form letter you get for every report you make. Translation, it says nothing.
There is an "S" there - definitely. It is weakly struck just like the "HA;F DIME". There also is more than one rim nick on the reverse.
There is nothing again st eBay rules about putting a grade in the description. It is specifically INCLUDED. It may not be used in the title.
