To me, it looks like the 2nd coin/photo is magnified much more that the first one. Hard to tell unless both photos have the same magnification.

Most graders look at the Obverses of the coin first, and it's the Obv that carries most of the weight in the grade
You need to get a good book on grading coins, or there are a few websites that have grading sections. I would advise to NOT have any of those...
