I was looking at the wrong series of silver in the stead of the nickel.
ok never mind i researched it . It shows to be 75% copper and 25% nickel
I figured out that it is suppose to be the nickel series. so I went and ask if it should stick to a magnet and they said yes. but mine will not...

When I first saw the coin I thought it was an error until I saw the reverse side, now its just a piece of copper.
