It's hard to say what ANACS says about it, could go details, genuine, or it could get altered. I would hope for a genuine at best.

I am also at MS67. There are many MS67RD coins graded with extreme plating blisters.
I had to take another look at the coin. In your original photos there looks to be evidence of a O or an S mm. Maybe the reason it was polished....

I can see that in the photos. I was looking at this 40S earlier it nearly doubles the auction price of any other 67+FS. But look at that strike....

This coin is not graded. This dealer put on his flips what he thought the coin was, and liked to talk Jeffersons with ya. He had a few other types...
