It is extraordinary in how weak that strike is.
The pics of the PCGS slab won't load, but it is deemed a 61. The luster is unbroken in the areas you mentioned.
I thought this was tricky because the strike is SOOO weak yet there is no wear and the luster is really good. The scratched slab made it a bit...
