That is the first year that they were not available in mint sets so they all had to come from rolls.
It seems like the dates that were available in rolls directly from the mint (state quarters and some nickels) are a bit more common.
They go for about 85 to 90 clams. the 2009's go for much more. I just got a ms67 2005 d and I tell you now you do just pull those out of rolls...

I have been actively searching for 2005 onward non-satin dimes in ms67 or better (PCGS or NGC). I have been looking in all of the usual places...
2009 dimes and nickels emerge as possible keys.
It sure does not stick out as a "sure thing" sort of coin to me.
I bought there in the early part of this decade and the prices seemed too high for me. How are they now? Any thoughts on teletrade welcome.
