I started a slabbed Ike set PCGS and NGC but after really looking I decided to limit it to PCGS. NGC coins are simply not as good in my experience

nope- the cleaned coin is just a different thing- as different as a dime from a cent
that seems to be an extreme example but I have certainly noticed that NGC seems to overgrade
