The first one is a bit over exposed and the reverse pic a bit small...but...I'll guess: 1935 MS-65 RD 1935-S MS-66 RD (love this coin)

The reverse die was DONE FOR.
The splotchy, obverse surfaces should have held it to 63 IMO. The strike looks weak to me, it's soft on both sides from what I can see.
