First coin - Common MAD (mis-aligned die) Second coin - Looks normal, not an error.
Common grease filled die. The second coin is a die chip, also common.

That's a killer coin....esp at 66. I think it would +. I was soooooo close to picking 67 with that obverse. There's zero doubt to me that NGC...
I just have my local dealer submit for me, it's a LOT cheaper to ride along with his coins. He charges me a flat $25 each and all I have to do it...
