That is still a full step Nickel. PCGS would give it the FS designation as they only require 5 steps and NGC would give it 5FS as opposed to 6FS....

That sounds like correct guidance to me. The damage from dropping a coin is far worse than a possible fingerprint.

I think it should get MS64+ and it will be more liquid in NGC plastic. I will have trouble getting MS64 money for it in the ICG holder.
