My red flag is the toning extends onto the rims.
VLDS, has that very bright LDS luster. 1954P is a tough year for Lincolns! Oddly, the branch mints made more and better looking coins. [ATTACH]...

I can see the die chip in the upper loop of the S, the VDB and everything else looks good to me. Looks to be VF35/EF40 too. CONRATS!
