Sounds like your bank only gets what’s called recycled coins. At least that what my bank calls them.
Not worth the cost of grading and the coin stands a 50/50 chance of a body bag or straight grade. Just depends on the grader and the day they are...
If you received that in change it’s not fair. The banks in my area don’t have them yet.
This is why I don’t buy off of the bay. If they allow this with coins what else to they allow that I don’t know about?

The label states it’s Mint State and Ultra Cameo. Isn’t that strange? I’ve never seen that on a label before. Maybe because the label is generic...
