I noted on the form XF-40. I think this Morgan is that or better.
I sent in three coins, two Morgan's and one Peace. All to be graded on the form I filled out. As for this Morgan, are you saying this could be an AT ?

But haven't other coins graded by them been certified and stated that it has been 'cleaned', 'harshly cleaned' or even 'improperly cleaned' ?

A lot of heads talking, but how about this, from me, "I never clean coins !"
I really like them and you would have had one unique piece if the first two pictures had been the two sides of the actual coin !

The Morgan looks nice for a DMPL, but the bruising on the face looks pitted. Would like to see several more pictures at different angles.
No I understand it's just that some like a picture at a different angle to look at.
As far as the coin itself, because of the heavy build-up, would allowing it to soak in distilled water help with getting rid of the dirt ?
No photoshopping I can take another picture if you would like, maybe at a different angle.
