I often have trouble telling luster breaks from actual cuts and abrasions. I'm going to guess MS63.
NIce large cents. I don't find the cleaning obtrusive.
That central punch mark sort of kills it for me. I don't think it's a "Chinese chop mark" either, although I'm not an expert on those.
I gave it a 10. You just don't see them that nice very often.
