I agree that the hairlines on the portrait look random. If the fields look glossy/reflective under the toning ( see area above the hair ribbon)...
Silver with significant circulation (around AU50 or lower) should look like it's been handled. Dull surfaces, gray tone, maybe some color...

I think Messydesk did a fine job assessing those quarters. It's always nice when folks post such good quality photos when requesting opinions!
I think it's genuine, but agree with lordM. that it's been cleaned and stripped of any original surfaces. The rim issues look like typical damage...

Whoops! And I reply 6 months later, a couple of acetone soaks removed the green stuff and left the toning unimpaired.
Great looking coin, I really like them in F with original surfaces like that.
