It looks like the average sale price seems to favor the PCGS slabed coin for this particular coin. I'd be interested to see what the NGC price...

With toners, it's all about eye appeal. This is especially true if they are the same grade. The eye appealing coin could be worth several times...

You can send it in for a new slab (for a fee) and the number will stay the same. Or you can send it in for a regrade and you will receive a grade...
