I don't see any rub, but I have a terrible time grading toned coins. I'll just say: remarkable toning!

It was common to re use rev dies as long as they held up, (witness the wide CC die used from 1873 to 1876!)
Great looking coin that no doubt bought a lot of likker in the old West. I'd rather have that coin than my dipped VF.
