I do not believe in cleaning coins. I will not buy cleaned coins either.
There really isn't much of a demand for world coins, unless it is gold or silver. Check wensy. Lots of foreign coins there.

Silver is going down too. Upper 12 dollar range. I have noticed when gas prices go down, so do precious metals.
