Personally for a 63 I like it. Some 63's are so bagged mark to make them ugly.
Yep you only need to see the bust to tell. Makes it easy on some of the low grade coins. I had one in the bag of wheat cents that I got.

I agree with you. The only reason I see is just to get them graded so people know they are genuine - and save just a few bucks on grading fees....
