It's not the only one. There are lots of them - I just learned to skip them. Otherwise I could post coin after coin with problems in NGC or PCGS...

To me it is a minor rim bump. Then again if it was in an older solid NGC holder you would never have noticed it.
A couple good ones mentioned but other online dealers like Harlan J Berk or Northeast also have some ancients. You can search them also.

I like ANACs and would use them for some coins. Usually I like the older holders - you can usually, not always, get them cheaper than the other...
