Always buy unc if you want value, buy proof if you like them and just want to collect and don't care about value. UNCs tend to be more valuable...

Yes.... I believe the 1980 and 81 sets had the SBA S coins in them. Without looking I can't be 100% sure.... but I do know at least one set did...
