The "L" looks like machine doubling, the "E" and "R" have been smashed and there also appears to be a lot of dirt around the letters of "LIBERTY"....
The mintmark style looks good to me. I believe it's mintmark position #4.

You have to be careful using microscopes with LED's, it can make the letters look like they're doubled when they're not, it's actually reflected...
The Palestine 2 mils is worth about $3-5.
